South River Pediatrics is currently using intelichart to help you access your health information, contact your provider, and request medication refills.
You MUST have your Patient PIN number to create a portal account. If you already have an appointment scheduled we will automatically send a PIN number to set up your patient portal account. If you do not have an appointment scheduled please call our office and a member of our front desk team can assist you.
Once you have recieved your Patient PIN from the office, click the link below to access the patient portal.
